We also collect data in order to manage your membership and loyalty points. We record which events you have been to, details of your car(s) including registration, full name, and email address.

Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Any data submitted via our contact forms is retained for the purposes of running the club.

We share your information with a number of third-party providers including CMS system, email system, and storage system in order to run the club effectively.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Any additional personal information that is stored away from the website, is kept for the duration of membership plus in some cases, we will keep the data for up to 7 years in case of membership renewal.
